Kayaks designed for specialized purposes
The general kayak production low season for far east is between July and November.
For shipping reason, the market is minimum 2 months late than production.
However, production lead time is no shorter during this period than winter, workers sweat too much during summer production...
Kayak molds can be made either by casted aluminium or aluminium blocks.
Casted aluminium mold is much cheaper than CNC aluminium blocks.
All of our kayaks are CNC made with casted aluminium.
Black Spring touring kayak mold surfaces are glossy and shiny.
We use matte surface kayaks too.
Shipping suggestions:
- for small but urgent packages, ship by air or by delivery companies like Fedex, DHL, and UPS etc.
- for containers shipping to Europe in fast demand, shipping by train is recommended.
It's a 14-21 days trip, but freight is much higher than sea shipping.
- for well planned orders, shipping by sea is the most practical way.
